Benjamin Button feel a little Forrest Gump to anybody else? I could do without the animated hummingbird. Anyone read the F. Scott story?

ah ha! i only heard it was directed by the fight club guy - hadn't heard it was written by roth. dang...well, i had the sense throughout that this story *could* have been well-translated into film. great concept though (and great cast).
